DELEGATE "MAKKEY KA PEHREDAAR" AI ENGAGEMENT
CAMPAIGN

1. Organiser

This campaign is organised by Corteva Agriscience India Private Limited ("Corteva").

2. Campaign Nature

This is a voluntary, participation-based marketing initiative.

• Participation is free of cost.
• The campaign is not purchase-linked.
• It does not constitute a lottery, raffle, gambling activity, or assured reward programme.
• Rewards, if any, are discretionary engagement recognitions and are not guaranteed.

This campaign does not constitute agronomic advice, crop diagnosis, or product performance assurance.

3. Territory & Eligibility

This campaign is valid only in the states of:

• Punjab
• Haryana
• Uttar Pradesh

Participation is open only to:

• Individuals aged 18 years or above
• Resident farmers cultivating agricultural land in the above states

The following are not eligible:

• Retailers, distributors, dealers, stockists, trade partners
• Employees of Corteva, its affiliates, agencies, vendors and their immediate family members.
• Any individual participating on behalf of another person.

Corteva reserves the right to conduct farmer verification and may request documentation including but not limited to land records, crop details, government-issued identification, or other KYC documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in disqualification.

4. Participation Mechanism & Official Channels

Participation is valid only through the following authorised campaign channels:

• Corteva official Facebook, YouTube and verified Corteva social media advertisements.
• Authorised QR codes deployed by Corteva field teams
• Official campaign microsite hosted under Corteva-approved domains
• Official encrypted shortened links (Bitly or equivalent) issued by Corteva
• Participant-initiated WhatsApp flow accessed through official campaign entry points
• WhatsApp messages originating from Corteva's officially designated business number
• Influencers sharing unique campaign links, provided such links redirect exclusively to official Corteva campaign domains
• Friends, sales representatives or field staff sharing campaign information strictly for awareness, where the shared link or QR code redirects only to official Corteva channels

Participation through unauthorised, modified, spoofed, cloned, or tampered links or QR codes shall be invalid. Corteva shall not be responsible for participation attempted through unofficial sources.

5. Entry Limits & Technical Controls

• Only one photo per verified mobile number shall be accepted as a valid campaign entry.
• AI-based image generation is limited to a maximum of two regeneration attempts per verified mobile number. This limitation forms part of the campaign design and technical cost structure.
• Mobile OTP validation is mandatory. One mobile number equals one participant.
• Attempts to bypass system controls may result in disqualification.

6. Fraud Prevention & Anti-Scam Advisory

Corteva does not:

• Request any payment or participation fee
• Request banking details, UPI PIN, card details, or financial credentials
• Ask participants to share OTP with any individual

OTP is used strictly for internal mobile verification within official campaign systems.

Corteva shall not be liable for:

• Loss arising from fake or unauthorised links
• QR codes not issued through official channels
• Third parties impersonating Corteva
• Messages circulating via unofficial WhatsApp groups

Participants are advised to verify that campaign links redirect only to official Corteva domains before proceeding.

7. Data Protection & Consent

By participating, individuals provide explicit and informed consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Personal data collected may include:

• Photograph
• Name
• Mobile number
• District / region

Data shall be used solely for:

• AI-generated image creation
• Campaign communication
• Limited promotional amplification during the campaign period
• Eligibility verification and reward administration

Data may be processed by authorised vendors under contractual data protection safeguards.

Corteva does not sell, trade, or commercially exploit participant data.

Participants may withdraw consent prior to reward processing.

8. Selection & Rewards

Rewards, if offered, are discretionary and subject to:

• Internal approval
• Compliance clearance
• Budget allocation
• Availability
• Eligibility and KYC verification
• Applicable regulatory conditions

Corteva does not guarantee that any participant will receive a reward.

Maximum reward value per individual shall not exceed ₹20,000 in the applicable financial year.

Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives shall be provided.

Corteva will never request payment or financial information for reward processing.

9. No Product Obligation

Participation does not influence product pricing, recommendation, supply, or crop outcomes.

This campaign does not create any performance commitment or warranty.

10. Public Sharing

Participants sharing their generated images on social media do so voluntarily and at their own discretion. Corteva shall not be responsible for third-party comments or misuse of shared content.

11. Technical Disclaimer

Corteva shall not be liable for:

• Internet speed limitations
• Network connectivity issues
• WhatsApp or Meta platform outages
• Device incompatibility
• QR scanning failures
• Server downtime
• lecom provider disruptions

Technical failure does not create entitlement to additional participation attempts beyond defined limits.

12. Fraud & Disqualification

Corteva reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Submits false or misleading information
• Uses multiple identities or duplicate mobile numbers
• Attempts technological manipulation
• Uses automated systems or bots
• Misuses or disrupts the campaign platform

13. Modification, Suspension & Termination

Corteva reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the campaign or amend these Terms & Conditions at its discretion due to legal, regulatory, compliance, operational, or technical reasons.

14. Force Majeure

Corteva shall not be liable for delay or failure arising from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, government restrictions, or technological disruptions.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corteva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
